During installation, the front end of the torsion bar is splined with the torsion bar swing arm, the front end of the swing arm is hung from the front half sleeve with double-hole lugs, and the rear end of the tie rod is fixed to the frame by splines.

When the car is running, when the front wheel jumps up, the impact force passes through the front axle sleeve → lug → torsion bar arm, thereby twisting the torsion bar, and pre-stored elasticity of the torsion bar prevents the wheel from jumping up. This process causes the upward impact and torsion of the wheel The elastic force of the rod is offset, thereby damping the vibration.

It should be pointed out that due to the directionality of the pre-torsion during the manufacturing process of the torsion bar, the directionality of the torsion bar installation is determined, and the torsion bar spring can only play the role of damping when the wheel bounces up, so the torsion bar spring should be combined with the reduction Use the vibrator together.

For the T815-2SVS2 model, the front wheel camber angle is 3°30′±40′, and the corresponding "h" value is 322mm. We can adjust the front wheel camber angle by adjusting the "h" value.
