CO2 Laser cutting is a very clean and precise way to cut a wide range of materials including acrylic, cardboard, fabrics, textiles, wood, leather, MDF and more.

Our new range of fibre laser machines and plasma cutting machines means that that we will be able to satisfy the needs of high precision sheet metal companies working typically between 0.5mm to 4mm in thickness. The range of ChinaMicroStep machines we offer allow for greater metal cutting thicknesses and specialist applications, such as pipe cutting and more.

Feiyue's China CO2 laser machines come with a range of laser powers, including standard CO2, high-quality diamond tubes and RF laser sources.

Larger, industrial-purpose laser machines utilise other technologies such as fibre laser, plasma cutting and waterjet cutting technology.

Each laser cutter/engraver machine has its own merits and drawbacks. The larger Chinese machines are generally great for laser cutting thick materials with great accuracy.  They have the power to cut through materials cleanly and quickly.  In some ways they are superior to the US machines, and have come on leaps and bounds in recent years, especially with new third party controller software such as Lightburn.

The much more highly engineered 01 laser engravers have a narrower laser beam (which is a good thing) though lower power.  Their "feiyue" design, superior build quality, high speed servo motors and proper Windows printer drivers means workflow is faster.  It also enables them to engrave incredibly quickly and accurately in comparison, at much higher resolutions of up to 1200dpi, compared to 300dpi.  For small scale, high precision, fast and accurate work, the cutchina are superior.

We will advise which machine is best for the job so you don't end up paying more for an inferior product.  Basically it's like comparing a field full of 2000hp tractors with a race track full of 600hp supercars - both are useful depending what you are trying to achieve.

We also have a Formlabs Form1+ SLA printer which we use for 3D printing small models and mock ups.
